Fay Torres-yap is a multi-media artist and designer living in New York City. Her work incorporates a range of unusual materials including transparent rubber, decorative foam and reflectors. Her unexpected creations are unique and practical, transforming everyday objects into elegant and useful designs. She has developed a line of jewelry, cellphone covers and palm holders...soon to be viewable on this website. Ms. Torres-yap has a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Wellesley College and an MA in Fine Arts from New York University. She is currently studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
